In my experience, I've learned that the issue is not on the surface but deep-rooted and sometimes not the same as you think. So pull-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
Always focus on the situation than the person
I start with acknowledging the situation and find a common ground. There’s always common ground, believe me, once you focus on the situation (deeply)
These situations have helped me develop deep and lasting connection too
