As the year ends, it’s time to reflect. In my journal, I do weekly and quarterly review for self. I think it will be a good idea to bring together the complete year with lessons learned, new habits and skills acquired, lives impacted positively, etc. I’m constantly working on myself, finding enough things to do that give positive energy. In the process, I create my energy balance. Reflecting helps me to develop my skills and review their effectiveness. In the ever-changing times, I feel it is imperative that we keep exploring and examining ourselves Writing clears my mind. Helps me reflect and use my learnings productively and convert them into actionable. As a blogger, I constantly write about mindfulness and journaling. Being a mindfulness and daily action practitioner I coach and help people creating positive behavioral change. I believe not a single solution works for everyone. It involves context and focus to find your way of writing and creating the future you want.
