I have no boundaries

I never hesitate to say hello, get to know people

irrespective of whether a new or existing ones

The organization creates a cohesive environment through conducive office space designs, incentivizing knowledge sharing but

data shows that an employee spends around two and a half hours - almost a third of their workday - simply searching for information

We all know a knowledge-sharing culture fosters innovation and productivity

But there gets this ‘we’ and ‘they’ created during the daily hustle

Who are your ‘they’

Identify your ‘they’

Create a list of 5 people -

Write what assumptions you’ve made about them

Check, are they true?

Check how do they help in your journey and

how you help in their’s

What can you do to make this better?

Strengthen the seams

Look at biases
