I’ve been thinking about what is one thing that I must leave the group with - Positivity.
These are the toughest times that we all are going through.
Keeping ourselves in a correct mindset can enable us to solve the most complex problems.
Being present in the moment enables positivity.
I realize most of our lives we thriftlessly spend on Monday blues or it is a long day (which we have the ability to turn the way we want). Throughout the day we are mostly on an auto-pilot and simply float with the day.
Positivity and being 100% present in the moment to listen and attend to customer needs will bring an exceptional customer service experience.
And we all know a satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.
